TimeLock smart contract has passed security audit and published in OEC

CherrySwap has released TimeLock smart contract on OKExChain Mainnet and transferred the ownership of masterChef contract to TimeLock.

>>The main function of this contract is to delay the execution of MasterChef's setMigrator method and transferOwnership method for 48 hours, thus ensuring the safety of users' funds.

In addition, based on the system maintenance requirements, CherrySwap engineers made some optimizations to TimeLock, adding a shorter time mechanism to manage the daily maintenance of FARM and POOL. The two mechanisms do not affect each other.
